Add your logo, a 150 to 300 word description, locations and photos. Candidates research you before they respond, so a strong profile lifts response rates.
Days 8 to 14: define your roles
For each role, set realistic minimum scores, location and availability, then save searches with alerts so new candidates reach you automatically.
Days 15 to 30: connect and hire
Request introductions to your shortlist, message the candidates who accept, and interview for fit. Every new member receives a 30-minute onboarding call.
