Key terms at a glance
- A limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own recruitment
- All assessment content, scoring methods and platform technology remain Exemplar's intellectual property
- Candidate data may be used only for recruitment, in line with the Privacy Act 1988
- Data breaches must be reported to Exemplar within 24 hours
- A 12-month membership. We remind you at least 60 days before renewal, and you can stop the renewal up to 30 days before the renewal date
- Invoices are payable within 14 days
- Either party may end the agreement on 90 days' written notice
- Governed by the laws of New South Wales
