• The platform is free for students, with no fees, subscriptions or commissions
• Students must be 16 or over, hold Exemplar skills credentials and have the right to work in Australia
• Students under 18 need parent or guardian consent
• Students control who contacts them and can pause or delete their profile at any time
• Personal information is never sold and is used only to connect students with employers, under the Privacy Act 1988
• Personal data is deleted within seven days of a profile being deleted
• Exemplar connects candidates and employers; hiring decisions rest with employers
