What employers see first
A display name (for example, "Sam T", or a nickname the student chooses), verified scores, suburb, availability, career interests, education level and additional certifications. No full name, contact details, school or resume. Students who choose anonymous mode are shown by a candidate number instead.
What employers see after the student accepts an introduction
The full profile (work history, school and education details, certifications), video introduction and messaging through the platform — still under the display name. Every introduction request goes to the student first, and they can accept or decline it.
What employers receive only with a job offer
Full name, phone number, email address and resume.
What is never shared
Street address, personal social media and family information.
